Delivered outside of our warehouse operating hours are not the responsibility of CPJa/Freight Forwarder.
Misdelivered by Shipper/Seller (not confirmed delivered by warehouse) is not the responsibility of CPJa/Freight Forwarder
Flag Delivered or Signed by but not reflected in our CPJa system or warehouse UNKOWN is considered misdelivered and is therefore not the responsibility of CPJa/Freight Forwarder.
We are indemnified against any loss or damage or misdelivered packages to packages received during this period.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Local Clearance
Mondays – Ready for Pick Up Tuesdays
Tuesdays – Ready for Pick Up Wednesdays
Thursdays – Ready for Pick Up Fridays
*Fridays – are subject to flight and customs availability (Saturday/next working day)
Please be advised, that unfortunately packages may be delayed based on airlines flight availability, volume, weather or Jamaica Customs or any unforeseen circumstances that CPJa may have no control over.
PROCESSING FEES
Unknown or improperly addressed packages will incur a fee of JMD $350.
This is due to the additional labor required. You can avoid this charge by ensuring that all packages are addressed correctly and include your correct mailbox number.
Uncollected packages, a storage fee of JMD $150 will apply to each package remaining uncollected fifteen days (15) days after pricing.
*Once you have been notified via email that the package is ready for pickup or delivery. You can avoid this fee by picking up your packages promptly.
General Handling & Processing Fees, maybe applied to packages based on weight or value more than $101usd.
*Please be advised that packages flagged duty, your customs C reference number will be provided along with the amount required to be paid over to Jamaica Customs on your behalf.
Switch Location, packages requested to be switched from one branch to the other may take up to 2-5 business days and are subject to a processing fee of JMD$750
We are indemnified against any loss or damage or misdelivered packages to packages received during this period.
